Geocache Description:


This cache was placed during one of the worst droughts recorded in Australia. The location is an interesting historical landmark detailing early 1900's attempts to make rain using "Rain Guns", two of which are on display in the park, a very short distance from the cache coordinates.

The park is a pleasant place to break a journey.

Please ensure cache is well covered after your visit.
