Join The Chattahoochee Valley Cachers on January 21, 2-4 PM at Port Columbus, the nation's Civil War Naval Museum.
We have arranged for free admission for everyone at the museum. This is a rare opportunity to see some great history for free. The featured item at the museum is a 225' Ironclad war ship constructed right here in Columbus at the Iron Works building on Front Avenue. See www.portcolumbus.org.
We will have great food, door prizes and great fellowship as usual. We will also discuss some new cache site opportunities and how we can play a greater role in tourism in our area. Cheefy may have to wear his old uniform for this one since he was part of the Ironclad's original crew.
