The Curse of the FTF #4 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

JohnsonsandKids: Seems time to archive my longest standing cache. Had seen the utility vehicles in the area and figured it was coming to an end. Thanks to those who just found it and let me know it was destroyed. Thanks also to the nearly 300 people that found it over the past nearly 15 years. It had a good run and was my most successful cache.

Geocache Description:

This is a cursed cache for all First to Finder's out there. If you are the FTF for a cache in this series, you are cursed with the obligation to place another "The Curse of the FTF" cache and therefore extending the series. Guidelines for this series are below.

  1. FTF'er should place the next cache in the series (The Curse of the FTF #5) within 2 months. Other wise the curse will prevent you from ever getting another FTF again!!! HAHA!!

  2. You can only be a FTF for this series once. This is to give others a chance to be a FTF'er.

  3. Cache can be any type of  cache (Puzzle, Multi, etc.)

We hope to see many caches in this series in the future.

You are looking for a narrow ammo can in an area that must be on county property because it is between an old road and new road.  I wonder if anyone out there remembers when the old road was in service.  There is room to park in dirt off the nearby roads.  How close you can park depends on what type of vehicle you have.  Old four wheel drive = five feet.  New car = 200 feet.  Due to laziness, FTF prize = cash in an envelope.
