Geocache Description:

This is the 14th in a series of Where's Phil? caches. Since IlliniPhil has achieved 1,000 caches, and that he has picked on several of us with his quick wit and cache pages, a consortium of cachers have decided to put out a series of caches in his 'honor'.
Stay tuned ... many more to follow.

I can't really imagine Phil actually sitting around much - I know he has a pretty full schedule. If you can take the time, here is an opportunity to just sit for a while. It's a nice spot to bring a picnic lunch and just watch the nearby Cuyahoga river flow by.

The geese really like this area too so watch for "goose bombs".
