Geocache Description:

[ENG] Bathing carriages were used in Narva-Jõesuu beach at the end of 19th and in the beginning of 20th century. At first horses were used to move the carriage to the water, later strong men pulled it. This service cost a lot, so only rich people could afford it. In the cache are only pencil and logbook. People are walking nearby!

[EST] Supelvankris mereveekümbluste nautimise teenust pakuti puhkajatele Narva Jõesuu (endise Hungerburgi) mererannas XIX sajandi lõpus ja XX sajandi alguses. Supleja viidi merre supelvankris. Need olid kohandatud riiete vahetamiseks ning kümblemiseks. Pärast suplust pöörduti kaldale tagasi taas vankris. Algul veeti supelvankrid vette hobustega. Nüüd on tegemist mikroaardega, kus sees on logiraamat, juhend, pliiatsijupike.
