Geocache Description:

Don't Panic, but the cache is NOT at the above coordinates.

Part A - Note that the answers to these questions are based on a certain book, and are not necessarily based upon reality in our own universe or what might logically make sense.
  • 1. How many roads must a man walk down?
  • 2. What do you get when you multiply six by nine?
  • 3. What is the Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything?

Part B - the real puzzle

Arthur woke up with a lot of little questions in his head that didn't make any sense. What also didn't make sense were the answers. They all seemed to be the exact same answer, but none of them pertaining to the questions. He thought for a bit. At least one question he could make sense of, after talking with Trillian, a mathematician.
  • 1. What base does six times nine equal forty-two (Note: I won't be making a joking in this base. No one does that.)?

Even that didn't quite make much sense. He then decided he should get a nice drink to help calm his nerves. Unfortunately, there wasn't any tea around. He asked Zaphod for a drink, only to be cautioned by how many drinks he should have.
  • 2. What is the most amount of Pan-Galactic Gargle Blasters recommended*?
  • 3. * unless you are _ _-ton mega-elephant with bronchial pneumonia.

That didn't mark Arthur feel better, actually. The only thing that did make him feel good was knowing that he had been amongst the most intelligent species on Earth (and he had a digital watch).
  • 4. How many species on Earth (prior to its destruction) are more intelligent than humans?

This question sparked the interest of Trillian, who happened to have some caged animals who frequently preformed experiments on humans. Once she started talking, things eventually turned into probablity (knowing mathematicians, they always have to reduce everything to numbers).
  • 5. The probability that you (or a person named after a car) would turn into a penguin (and if you are turning into a penguin, "Stop it")
  • 6. Chance of missiles turning to whale and petunas:
  • 7. The probability of getting picked up by another ship within 30 seconds:
No puzzle would be complete without the other random questions that don't seemingly have to do with anything else.
  • 8. How many miles away do regular concert goers recommend being from the Disaster Area stage?
  • 9. How many impossible things should you do before rounding it up at Milliways?
  • 10. What is the population of the universe, according to The Guide?
  • 11. How many words makes up the Earth's description in the Guide (prior to Ford's report)?

A slightly different question...
  • 12. Number of letters describing what type of detective agency deals with the fundamental interconnectedness of all things.
