Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates (which perhaps would have been better suited for The Matchmaker). Solve the puzzle below to obtain the cache coordinates.

Blame continues to spread around the South Bay, and I figured I might as well join the trend. But this time, you need to figure out more than just who is to blame.

Special notes about the 2009 Puzzle Challenge:
To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. Because certitude may not properly account for joint solutions, please email me team member names in the case of team solutions to ensure proper point accounting. All "point" scoring is arbitrary anyway, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and mostly meaningless (unless you really want to be awarded a certain bottle of wine at the December event). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.

Special notes about this cache:
Because of the impermanence of the subject matter, I have provided twice as much data as you need. If you run into a dead end, just continue onto the next witness and let me know so that I can look for a replacement. Although the cache is available 24/7, the cache is not recommended at night because of the increased muggle factor at the nearby point of interest. When entering your answer, check your spelling before hitting the Submit button. In order to discourage brute-forcing, I reserve the right to assess appropriate time penalties for incorrect submissions. FTF prize is courtesy of xmts (from Mission: Impassable!).
