Kubulaaaaa: Krabicka je zase pryc. Vzhledem k tomu, jak dlouho vydržela predpokládám, že místo je profláknuté. Vzhledem k tomu, že listing už taky není aktuální, nové místo hledat nebudu. Z Odry už vystehovali i knihovnu tak jsem zvedavý, jestli dojde k nejaké oprave nebo ji celou zavrou.

Rychlá mestská keš

[CZ] Cache se nachází v pomalu chátrajícím areálu Výškovické Odry. V objektu se nachází mimo jiné služebna Mestské policie, pobocka Knihovny mesta Ostravy nebo základní škola.

Spolecnost 3E projekt, a. s. se snaží vykoupit celý areál od ostatních vlastníku a chce v roce 2010 zacít s prestavbou objektu. Puvodní plán byl pouze prestavba areálu, to však statik nedoporucil a proto by melo zustat zachováno pouze první nadzemní podlaží, zbytek by se mel zbourat a nove postavit. Kolem areálu by mely vzniknout nové parkovací plochy a trí až petipodlažní parkovací dum. Náklady na prestavbu jsou odhadovány na 390 miliónu korun.

[EN] The Cache is hidden in the Odra areal in Ostrava Výškovice. In this object is e.g. a constabulary, a library or a basic school.

The company 3E projekt, t. o. wants to buy the whole areal from the other owners and wants to begin the rebuilding of the object in 2010. The original plan was only the rebuilding of the areal, but the disign engineer (I don´h have a big dictionary enough on hand :-) didn´t redommad it and so it will be keept only the first (above-ground) floor, the remaining part of the areal will be demolished and newly built. There will be built a new car park and the third, fourth and fifth floor of a parking house nearby the areal. The costs are estimated about 390 million czech crowns.
