Geocache Description:

Route 27 N, Carrabassett Valley, Narrow Gauge Trail, just off the Campbell Field parking lot.

In the winter the Narrow Gauge Trail is used for cross country skiing, hiking and snowshoeing. A very "polar" place to be! The parking lot is icy but the trails are in great shape. Cross the bridge, take a side trail (the second trail on the left) just a short bushwack.

This is a winter friendly cache, placed to accommodate a "Polar Cacher" pathtag that came all the way from Anchorage, Alaska. And after several months of inactivity, people are actually finding caches around here again. Couldn't stand it any longer, could you!

This is a Decon container with a bit of very "cool" swag. Decons are small so bring only small trade items. FTF gets the pathtag or anything else they want. To heck with cabin fever, let's go caching!
