GAG15 - What Has It Got In Its Pocketses?

A fairly easy mystery cache with a puzzle partly based on the Tolkien's Hobbit & Ring Trilogy books
This geocache has been placed for the Ottawa-Gatineau GAG 15 event. Please do not attempt to find or log the cache before the official start of the GAG 15. The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You could park there, but it wouldn’t be optimal. Attempting to approach the cache from Highway 416 would be illegal, dangerous, futile, and potentially costly (and the ghost of Gollum may haunt you if you try it).
The cache is not at the posted coordinates. However, it is relatively close by, at the position described in the simple puzzle below.
I’m a great fan of Tolkien’s works, particularly The Hobbit and The Ring Trilogy. I’m currently on my tenth read-through of this set of books. With the recent announcement that The Hobbit would be produced as a pair of films, I thought it might be time for another Ring-Trilogy-themed cache in the area, particularly after the forced archival of some absolutely delightful ones formerly in Gatineau Park. This cache would be far too easy for someone with a basic knowledge of the works by Tolkien, even for a GAG mystery cache, so, inspired by the cache title, I threw in a few non-Tolkien elements.
The cache is at:
N 45 (Rule Them All)(Mortal Men).(Borromean + Olympic)(Elven Kings – NGC 67?0 + x of ‘String, or “x”’) (Cycle Operas – Elven Kings),
W 75 (Cycle Operas)(Olympic + Circus).(Olympic)(Mortal Men + Benzene Hydrogen - Dwarf Lords)(NGC 67?0)
When the cache was placed, the contents included, besides the log book, several ----s of power (for confirmation, ask any five-year old girl), an unregistered geocoin as a FTF prize, and other assorted swag for those not into ----s. Please bring your own pen or pencil to sign the log book.
2017/05/12: Because the cache in its small configuration has been muggled a couple of times, I'm replacing this one with a micro -- a shame since I still had a fair bit of theme-consistent swag I'd been holding to replenish it. Update: I'm currently on my 15th read-through of The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
My thanks to The Burrow, who served as beta-tester for this cache.
