Geocache Description:

The cache is placed in memorial to the 8 Soviet airmen who lost their lifes on 23 July 1992 crashing with their "Antonov" airplane in to the mountain during severe storm.

Terrain is best reachable by terrain vehicle - less than 50 km or about 2.5 hours from the center of Skopje. Some 5 km before the cache is the mountainers lodge "Karadzica". It does NOT work non stop. There is beautiful nature and many places for hiking - for several days touring. GSM network barelly or NOT available. Natural spring drinking water is available on the site.
