Geocache Description:

In a quiet park overlooking the beginning of OR Tambo Runway 03R.

The park is surrounded by houses and the road leading into no
longer is chained allowing you to drive in a park. The fence is
down giving you a clear view of the runway.

The park is not always well maintained but it is equipped with a playgorund for the kids.

Not a very well know spot for plane watching as hidden in the
suburb.

The slide is a great vantage point for photographs of plans landing and generally not many muggles found in the park. The front fence has fallen down as no longer maintained since the new concrete walling was placed surrounding OR Tambo.

The runway can be busy in the early mornings and late afternoons, however it is dependant on conditions if 03R or 03L is in use for flights coming in from the south. To allow for retrieval when muggles are in the park the cache is place towards the back of the park near the houses.

The container is a small painted camouflaged container. You are requested to return the cache in a similar way to keep it safe and out of sight - the container screws open.

On placing the cache the contents included shaped bands (butterfly and bunny), black speckled marble and a mouse toy. Suggest bringing your own pen and only small items can be placed in the container.

I have added waypoints for the suggested entrance and also place to park.

Please post your pictures of planes spotted while at the cache.
