Geocache Description:

Note that the gate to the reservoir is now permanently closed but there are several spots at the gate Please do no block it. Depending on snowfall this may not be available in winter without some digging.

This medium size lock and lock IS hidden at the posted coordinates but in order to claim a find online, you must meet the following requirements: 1. There are 6 states that border Pennsylvania, you must have found and logged at least 25 caches in EACH of those states. The states are Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and West Virginia. 2. You must have found at least three different cache types in EACH of the states. 3. Overall, you must use a total of 8 different cache types 4. You can use a method of your choice to show that you meet the requirements for 2 & 3. An example is shown below. 5. Previous finds do count and you can sign the physical log at anytime. Once you meet the challenge requirements you can log your find online. To show that I have met the requirements: My statistics are public and clicking on the map tab shows that I have found over 50 caches in each of the bordering states and 12 different cache types.
