It's not the first time this Wally World had a cache, but maybe this one will last longer than a couple months (strike one). There shouldn't be tooooo many muggles.
The coordinates should put you within about 10 steps of the cache. Lamp post hide? Guardrail? Shipping container? Shrub?
These new lamp post skirts seem to be less movable than some others, so don't bother lifting skirts.

As long as you're back here, you might have a look at the recycle operations and the "duck pond" to the southwest along the back lot.
