Geocache Description:

Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead is celebrated on November 1st and 2nd.  This cache is part of the Dates to Celebrate Series.

This holiday is a day to honor dead relatives, children on Nov. 1st and adults on Nov. 2nd.  The Day of the Dead is celebrated in many countries.  In Mexico it is a national holiday and is celebrated in many of our states that have large Mexican populations.   Sugar skulls and skeletons are two popular symbols of this holiday.

This cache is located in the San Pablo Cemetery.  There is no gate across the entrance.

While this cache is not a traditional night cache, it does have a little something extra for those that choose to go at night.

There is a special prize for the FTF.
