This cache was actually planted on 7/3/2012, and promptly forgotten about. So I am making amends by posting it now. The Geosystem would not allow me to enter the correct date, so I am entering one year later from the original placement date - 7/3/2013.
Spirit Lake is a magnificent place. We watched the most amazing sunset here last summer. A fire in the area created a unique sunglow. It was nearly deserted last year, even on the holiday weekend. Hopefully the campground is open and the resort is hopping now.
