It's a nice day for a walk down by the lake, eh? When the temperature dips below minus 10, things get a bit chilly, so dress up nice and warm to get this. Take a moment to sit down near the cache, and stare out at the frozen waters of Wascana Lake. Winter really is a beautiful time of year at this location!
Take a look at those 'Thin Ice' signs. This is due to all the moving water underneath the surface, even during the winter. There have been several fatalities of people falling through the ice through the years - so even though it's very cold, don't be tempted to walk over to one of the islands.
Although you can find this at any time of the year, if you are attempting the challenge, you will need to be attentitive to the weather forecast - and make sure it will be in the range of minus 10 degrees celsius to minus 20 degrees celsius AT THE TIME you find the cache.
