Our town was named after the muddy river that passes right through the village and flows into the Ottawa River.
The village started with Irish immigrants who settled on farms in the area. It was a bustling village at one time with many shops and stores and an active country fair.
Many of the old houses of Quyon are still standing looking back to the memories of the past.
This cache is located on private property with the owners permission. The owner is also a geocacher and a gardener.
The cache is easy to find, keep to the right of the fence and you will be looking at a large red garage.
Park in the laneway but not close to the house-lots of space.
