Sorry, I'm fresh out of Evora Road!!! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

KCSearcher: Out on a 4-hour, 16-minute, 44.2-mile (2.0 of that on foot) run to maintain 12 caches. For the maintenance, 8 could not be located while 4 were still there.

Tried to check on this one at 10:13 AM. However, there is STILL construction going on and the road is closed with NO TRESSPASSING SIGNS all around.

From researching on the internet, it looks like the Concord Logistics Center is being constructed at the end of Evora Rd.

Time to retire (a.k.a. Archive) this one and open the area for other cache owners.

Geocache Description:


This is 1 of multiple caches that were given away as FTF prizes at the “FTF on Feb 29? No, on Feb 38th (3/10)” event. For those attendees that received this as a prize, they have a 7 day head start on those that didn’t attend the event. The prize winners were instructed to sign the log in the “Pre-Publication FTFer(s)” space (not available on the nanos).

However, for you FTF Hounds that were not able to attend, you too can be FTF on this cache. All you need to do is find the cache and be first to sign in the “Post-Publication FTFer(s)” space on the log. As an FTF Hound myself, I sometimes find it discouraging to see a cache published thinking I have a chance at the FTF only to find out later that it was given away as a prize at an event. I actually think it’s fine to give an FTF opportunity prize away. However, it would be nice for those that didn’t attend to also get an FTF chance. So, in that spirit, and as the Cache Owner, I am allowing FTF’s to also go to those that did not attend.

Why here? I looked for available gaps less than 100 miles of the event that conformed to the guidelines for listing a cache.
