Geocache Description:

This cache immortalises the geocacher Michells&hound!! It is located on the Tailem Bend to Karoonda road. This is a good bitumen road with a wide mallee vegetation corridor.

Michells&hound joined the mighty geocaching game in September 2013, and has been geocaching passionately since, having found a significant 8,500+ geocaches as of this geocache's publish. Michells&hound is a pommy who lived and worked in Naracoorte for a few years. Many of her geocaches are still around the region, available to be found. She then moved to the bright light of Adelaide, and has been embracing the community by her attendance at many events. Despite her English background, she is always positive and happy to have a chat.

Although Michells&hound has had many accomplishments, she rose to local fame by introducing the popular Adelaide Church Micro series. It seemed such an obvious idea given Adelaide's high church density and City of Churches nickname. She also encouraged multi-caches to be found by their simplicity and helpful checksums. I also think she largely introduced rhino caches to South Australia (they were certainly confusing initially). An additional series was inspired from the Adelaide church multi-caches, the Used 2B a Church Micro series, created by Freddo. Michells&hound has helped to contribute to this series also.

This geocache is a creative inspiration to Michells&hound, and I hope everyone can give her the appropriate accolades through her contributions to the South Australian geocaching community. Thanks Michells&hound!
