KCSearcher's Feb29 2020 #R28 Experiment Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

KCSearcher: #R28 code S = 4

Out and about 02/22/2022 on a 9-hour, 5-minute, 211.0-mile (2.2 of that on foot) run to attend 2 events, hide 1 cache, and maintain 3 caches. For the maintenance, 1 could not be located while 2 were still there.

Unfortunately, could not get to this one today. However, this has 4 consecutive DNFs after I replaced it on 08/10/2021, the last one on 01/19/2022.

Gone missing for the 3rd time. 1st one of the 61 H&R series caches published on 2/29/2020 to go missing 3 times. STRIKE 3. Game over for this one.

Since this one's archived, here's the code S = 4.
