Number 1486 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.
The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

THIS IS A DEAD END LANE AND PARKING HERE DRAWS UNDUE ATTENTION
This fine pair are situated on Post Office Lane and the post box is in the cottage wall of the old Post Office, which still has a red door. The Post Office now operates from the Village Hall.
The Phone Box still has a phone inside, although we haven't dare try opening it.
The Village is quite small and strangers will stand out, so we have tried to make this simple, quick and clean.
It is a custom made container at hip height.
Please place it as found which should be central, lower rear to stop it being noticed by passers by.
Tweezers are required.
