Hey we're just adding another cache type to your finds, we'll leave it up to you on how to find it. As with the other non-traditional caches in these waters, you'll want to stay in your boat. But designate a member of your group to lock on to its coordinates.
Now look to the north and you'll see something that we are all use to seeing when we log a find. However if you are padling down stream you might have wished you came from the other direction. On Aug 22nd Uncle K took his Nephew L out on A Catfish Kayak trek. Scoping out the area (K) ...
K is always trying to get his nephew more involved with the adventure of geocaching. As K-and-K scoped out the area, we ended up taking more photos of the area on the way back with no intentions of hiding anything; we'd leave that for another day.
Upon our Return on Aug 30th, the 2 man group turned into 5 placers.
I used the photo from the week before, for the coordinates of this cache as we saw something neat (looking to the North).
For this creative hide, I will tell you that the hide is no where near the posted coordinates of :
N 42° 39.708 W 081° 01.228
But would help you in logging the cache if you started here. 
First of all, what is the color of the dish ? _ _ _ _ _ _ , fill in the blanks.
Taken from what you know, if A is the 1st character in the alphabet, and Z is 26, write down each letter, using that letter place, place the coresponding number below it so that you can add it together till you have a total of ___ .

__ + __ + __ + __ + __ + __ = ___
Now you will need to project a waypoint from here N 42° 39.708 W 081° 01.228 to the west, using those last 3 digits of 228,
Add your calculation above, to these last 3 digits + 8 = ____ meters.
228 + ___ + 8 = ____ m
Answer : ___ meters , in what direction , lets try this : 308°
Now, you might say
" ... Well from here, I'm going to run thru that guys yard with my boat on my shoulders, while everyone sits and laughs at me. "
NO !
On your GPS, you're going to plug in your starting point , N 42° 39.708 W 081° 01.228 , knowing you've probably drifted away by now , go back to the posted coordinates you started scratching your head at for this cache. Plug in that N 42° 39.708 W 081° 01.228 as your starting point, and project the degrees and meters to where you'd like to find something. Chances are you'll get a set of coordinates to where it could be.
Please save those coordinates as a waypoint N 42° 39.___ W 081° 01.___ to avoid having to come back here, as this will not be a straight forward route to the cache. You'll be traveling about 660 meters through the water trying to get there so be patient and don't forget when you pass by it.
Notice how I always leave spaces to write your answer down, please do that now for all you paperless-less cachers out there.
