The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. This is a three-stage multi-cache with the final cache inside the Greenwood conservation area off a trail.
The first stage is located just off the parking lot where you will find a wood carving of the spirit ELPIS. According to Greek mythology, the God Zeus trapped Elpis and a number of other spirits, many of whom were destructive to mankind, into a box. The box was entrusted to a young maiden named Pandora, with instructions to never open the box under any circumstances. Pandora, however, was curious. Going against instructions, she opened the box allowing all the spirits to escape. Elpis, however, remained to provide the needed care and comfort of all mankind.
In order to get the final coordinates you will need to do some simple math. Read the plaque at the wood carving called HOPE, depicting the spirit Elpis.
