Geocache Description:

The cache is on the route of the old Southwold Railway, which linked Southwold and Halesworth.

This is a micro cache (35mm film canister). The cache contains a log sheet. Please bring a pen or pencil to sign your name. There is room for small swaps/geocoins.

You can walk to the cache from Southwold, Southwold Harbour or Walberswick. A circular walk taking in all three and the ferry is a very good use of an afternoon. There are great views of Southwold from the area near the cache (shame about the water tower). The Harbour Inn nearby serves a wonderful pint of Adnams and great pub fayre.
