The Howley Suspension Bridge was built in February 1912 by David Rowell & Co., who were prolific builders of many similar steel suspension footbridges. Unusually for the genre, it has been considered worthy of a Grade II Listing. A sign on the bridge states that "swinging or jumping on this bridge is strictly forbidden".
To find the cache, at the posted coordinates you must first find a blue padlock fastened to the bridge. On this padlock you will find the words ‘Rusty Loves UVWXYZ Always’ where A=1, B=2 etc... N53 23.(X-V)(V-Z)(U-Y) W002 34.(Y-Z)(V-Z)(X-W-Z)
