🇦🇹 Das Naturschutzgebiet Rheindelta ist das größte Feuchtgebiet am Bodensee. Es reicht von der Mündung des alten Rheines an der Schweizer Grenze über die Mündung des neuen Rheines bis zur Dornbirner Ach in Hard. Dadurch liegt das Naturschutzgebiet Rheindelta auf den Gemeindegebieten von Höchst, Fußach, Gaißau und Hard und hat eine Fläche von ca. 2.000 ha. Aufgrund seiner besonderen Pflanzen- und Tierwelt wurde das Rheindelta 1976 per Verordnung unter Schutz gestellt.

🇬🇧 The Rhine Delta nature reserve is the largest wetland area on Lake Constance. It extends from the mouth of the old Rhine on the Swiss border via the mouth of the new Rhine to the Dornbirner Ach in Hard. As a result, the Rhine delta nature reserve is located in the municipal areas of Höchst, Fußach, Gaißau and Hard and has an area of approx. 2,000 hectares. Due to its special flora and fauna, the Rhine delta was placed under protection by ordinance in 1976.
