                      L'ECLUSE , qui autre fois servait à retenir les eaux pour pouvoir iriguer les champs. Ce miniscule ruisseau petit à petit en colectant les écoulements de diverses fontaines, deviendrat  un fleuve côtier  nommé LA SEUDRE .
