Since I couldn't get permission to place a container at this bell I decided to use it as a virtual stage for a puzzle cache.
Cache is not located at the posted coordinates.
Fill in the blanks for the following coords using information from the bell and plaque at the posted coords to find the cache.
N 43 07.0_ _ and W 75 24.0_ _
Subtract 1811 from the date on the bell for the north coords.
Subtract 1929 from the year on the plaque for the west coords.

NOTE... due to original host being removed and not replaced I had to move the final location...once you get the okay from the checker you will need to make these corrections to the coords: for North coords subtract an additional 5 and for West subtract an addional 22.
Now you have the final coords and can make the find.
