Yes, being just before halloween costumes are highly encouraged (the Peep Army demands it!). There will be a prize(s) for the best costume(s) (as judged on the whims of the CO). Hey, adults should be able to have fun around halloween too, so lets make it a party. I might even bring baked goods.
