The Geocache Is Not At The Posted Coordinates.
Phone a Friend is a feature on game shows where a contestant can ask one of their friends for help with a question. The contestant will tell the host who their friend is and the host will call them up and ask the question. The friend then gives the contestant the answer so they can win the game. This also works for Geocaches. So i provided two numbers for you to call to get the cords.
