Underriver is a small village about 3 miles (5 km) south-east of Sevenoaks, Kent; the name is derived from the Old English sub le ryver which translates into modern English as "under the hill". In addition to St Margaret's Church, which is a Grade II listed, there is a village hall.
About 1km north of the village is the National Trust's One Tree Hill car park, the views from there are outstanding and it is a great picnic spot in the Summer.
Please be careful when walking to the cache as there are no footpaths in the village.
