Pewsey Station is located on the Great Western Main Line, situated between Bedwyn and Westbury stations. It gets a service every two hours in each direction, from London Paddington to Exeter St Davids and vice-versa, which sometimes continue further or originate from Paignton, Plymouth, or Penzance. Additional services call at Pewsey during peak times. The station was opened by the Berks and Hants Extension railway on 11 November 1862, on their newly opened Devizes branch.
