Geocache Description:

Ranggung LRT Station SE5


Ranggung LRT Station is a light rail station in Sengkang, situated along the East Loop of the Sengkang LRT (SKLRT). The station is overground and built along Sengkang East Avenue, near the junction of Compassvale Lane.

Ranggung is the Malay name for a species of stork that used to inhabit the Serangoon River area. Although these days, it's more common to see birds like herons, terns, and kingfishers around the river.
