Robert Frost wrote a poem thats ends with "The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep."
I have modified the ending to this timeless poem with "The woods are deadly, dark and deep, and I have promises I cannot keep, And miles to go before my eternal sleep, And miles to go before my eternal sleep."
Join us Friday Oct 25 at 7 pm deep in the deadly woods of Ortonville Recreation area. Enjoy some refreshments before you head out to your untimely demise. There will be at least 6 caches with an Adventure Lab to find. FTF to event attendees if you can find them before your mysterious departure. Am I scaring you yet??? Lets just say your cell phone signal will not be the only thing you lose. You will see the attribute for a flash light for this event. I am sorry to say that Ground Speak has yet to make a coffin attribute. Please remember your flashlights as there no street lights to find your way. I wouldn't depend on the moon light as it will be in a wailing crescent phase....oh excuse me, I meant to say a waning crescent phase. Wouldn't you like to know whether it it's a branch, tree root or the hand of death grabbing your ankle.
As I said this is in Ortonville Rec. where hunting is allowed so please wear orange during hunting season and a recreation pass is required.
