CACHE NOT AT POSTED COORDINATES
When word reached the Straw Hats that a mighty Geocaching Letterbox Series had been set in our honor across the Mid-Atlantic, it filled this old heart with gratitude.
Such recognition is no small gesture, and though we’ve yet to untangle the puzzle’s mysteries, we’ve seen troubling signs: agents of the World Government and the Celestial Dragons, our sworn enemies, have set their sights upon the same prize. To protect what is ours, we took measures of our own, hiding caches that will let you understand who we are and what we stand for.
You may have been guided here by the D-shaped mark on your map. That emblem is no ordinary letter—it speaks of the Will of D, a current that flows deep in this world’s history. By following it, you’ll uncover truths of those who fight on the side of freedom.
Should you travel southward along the Patuxent, cast your gaze to the river’s right hand. There rests my geocache, a black bison tube, secured in the steadfast arms of a tree whose bark bears the marks of time, peeling like scales shed by the ocean’s creatures. It sits within the V of those branches, awaiting those with the will to reach upward and claim it.
Download the Play Anywhere Wherigo, answer the three questions, and the final coordinates will be yours.
Approach this journey with patience and courage. The path itself will teach you more than the treasure ever could.
