The "Terra Linda Freitas Parkway Traffic Safety Project" details concerns surrounding an unnecessary traffic exit near Bamboo Terrace in Terra Linda, which is currently blocked. While the residents are happy that the slip lane is permanently closed and other improvements are scheduled, the City of San Rafael is not currently ready to commit to a neighborhood mini-park. For now, the city’s plan is to keep the asphalt in the slip lane.

Taking matters into their own hands, neighbors (presumably) have placed a picnic table and several stumps in the triangle. I didn't put them there but they look like perfect places to hide a cache.
