What is the LMCB9?
For the past eight years, the organizing team has hosted the Fraser Valley Cache Bash, a fun Spring/Summer opportunity to "refresh the game board" and provide Geocaching hiders and finders with great opportunities to enjoy the game, have fun together, and discover new places. This year, we've expanded the organizing team, and expanded the play area beyond the Fraser Valley to include the Lower Mainland - from Horseshoe Bay to Hope!

Well, then come join us at 09:00 on Saturday, March 7 and we'll explain it to everyone.
TL;DR: This is an organized event that promotes getting new geocaches placed across the Lower Mainland, most of which will be scheduled to be published on the same day.
Bring your questions on Saturday morning and we'll do our best to answer them. We'll review the timelines and key dates. We'll explain the geography and boundaries. We'll explain the hiding and publishing process. We'll explain the voting and awards system for top hides.
We are excited to see more Geocachers from across the Lower Mainland join us this year, so come on out and join us rain or shine for the kick off to the biggest, best Cache Bash yet!
