Halfway Ain't Fair! 🗺️

A mid-Cache Bash meetup for anyone who’s been out exploring, solving, hiking, or just trying to keep up with this year's Lower Mainland Cache Bash!

Okay, so May 16 isn’t exactly the halfway point of this year’s Lower Mainland Cache Bash, and Port Coquitlam isn’t exactly the middle point between Horseshoe Bay and Hope… but that’s kind of the point!

The LMCB has gotten big. Like, Vancouver to the Valley, Horseshoe Bay to Hope big! So there’s no “perfect” halfway point. Instead of trying to make it perfectly fair, we’re embracing it. With a large number of this year’s hides in the Burnaby–Coquitlam area, this felt like a good place to meet.

Join us for a casual, drop-in gathering to connect with fellow geocachers, swap stories, trade trackables, and compare notes on the adventure so far. Whether you’ve been chasing caches since release day, or just getting started, you’re welcome to stop by.

Got a cache you’re still thinking about? A DNF that won’t let go? A hidden gem others shouldn’t miss? This is the place to gather for both hiders and finders!

We’ll be set up in Peace Park, under the gazebo (unless anything changes).
