"The Glen Marine Reserve" refers locally to the Horoirangi Marine Reserve, which begins at Glenduan (known as "The Glen") just 12 km north of Nelson. Established in 2005/2006, this 904-hectare reserve stretches 5 km north to Ataata Point (Cable Bay) and protects rugged underwater boulder reefs, crayfish, and reef fish.
To find this cache, park in the marked parking area then walk to the given co-ordinates and project a distance of 218m at a bearing of 225.5°. You will need to be extremely stealthy here, but maybe the kids can help you out.
