WHAT TO DO (*´・д・)?
We are going to have a Rubber Stamp Party!
We plan to carve our own rubber stamps together at the event. The rubber blocks will be provided, but please bring your own carving tools and cutting mat if you would like to join.
You may also want to think about your stamp design in advance. Since the stamps will be used to decorate postcards, and we hope to fit everyone’s stamps onto a single postcard, it may be best not to make your design too large. We plan to provide one rubber block measuring approximately 5 × 5 cm per person.
For beginners, a simple design with clear, bold lines will be easier to carve. Another idea is to carve your geocaching username, so you can continue using the stamp on future geocaching adventures!
If you would like to take part in the stamp-carving activity, please mention it in your Will Attend log by 2026-09-20, so I can prepare enough materials.
You are also welcome to bring any stamps you already have to decorate the postcards.
The stamp-carving activity is optional. You can join us for the activity, or simply come and say hello!
WORLD POSTCARD DAY (*´・д・)?
Once again, we are connecting with fellow geocachers from around the world through postcards.
Each postcard carries a little piece of where we come from, along with greetings and stories from our geocaching community.
Join us for another round of postcard exchanges and celebrate the connections that geocaching can create between players around the world!
If you would like to exchange postcards with other players, please fill out this form by 2026-09-20. (End of registration)
The postcard exchange is optional. You do not need to join the exchange to attend the event, and you may also join the postcard exchange even if you are unable to attend the event in person.

Everyone who signed up for this year's postcard exchange has now been matched, and all pairing emails have been sent out! Please check your inbox for your exchange details. If you haven't received your email, don't forget to check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact me.
Reminder: Please make sure your postcard is mailed by 2026-10-04 to keep the fun going!
Please note that postcards need time to travel, especially when they're crossing oceans and continents! Most postcards arrive within a month, but some may take a little longer. Don't worry if yours hasn't arrived by the end of World Postcard Day week. A little patience is part of the adventure!
I'd love to see where everyone's postcards have traveled! Once you receive your postcard, you're more than welcome to share and post about it by posting a "NOTE" here.
⚠️ Please make sure to post it as a "NOTE" rather than an "Attended" log. Any incorrect logs will be deleted without prior notice.
Fun Facts of Last Year's WPD Event_〆(°▽°*)
Last year, more than 200 geocachers joined the postcard exchange, 50 in Group 1 and 180 in Group 2. We broke the record from our 2024 event!
The youngest geocacher to send a postcard was only eight months old. What a surprise!

Let’s see what fun surprises this year’s exchange will bring!
