Geocache Description:

This charming Disney-style illustration shows a small deer-like woodland character on a winter geocaching adventure. The character stands upright beside a large snow-covered tree, reaching toward a hidden green geocache container attached to the trunk between the branches. The deer wears a green knitted scarf decorated with white snowflake patterns and carries a shoulder bag marked with the Geocaching logo. The bag suggests that the character is actively searching for hidden geocaches. The large eyes, soft fur, and expressive design create a warm, storybook appearance typical of classic animated family films. In the foreground, a paved cycling path curves gently through the snowy landscape. A white bicycle symbol is painted on the path. The tree and the geocaching character stand beside this path, making the scene feel like a winter treasure hunt during an outdoor walk or bike ride. The background features wide snow-covered fields, rolling hills, and a forest of frosted evergreen trees. On the distant horizon, a small steam train travels across the countryside, leaving a plume of white smoke against the bright blue sky. Sunlight illuminates the entire scene, causing the snow to sparkle with shades of white and pale blue. The overall atmosphere is magical, adventurous, and inviting, combining the themes of nature, winter exploration, and geocaching in a playful Disney-inspired style.

Welcome to the Old Railway Tracks!

My ancestors used to look left and right before crossing the Hofheim–Haßfurt railway line. Until 1995, the single-track branch railway known as the "Hofheimerle" puffed its way through the countryside, connecting the two towns along its 15.49-kilometre route.

These days, I have to keep an eye out for cyclists on speedy e-bikes instead. The old railway tracks have been transformed into a popular cycling path, and there's always plenty of activity here.

For many years, geocachers simply passed by this spot. Now you finally have the chance to make your visit official by adding your name to the logbook!

Rita Reh wishes you good luck with your search and happy logging!
