Clean with a View IX
Saturday 12 December
8:00 am to 9:00 am
Come along for another edition of Clean with a View IX, where we combine geocaching, fresh air and a little bit of community spirit while helping to keep our local beach and surrounding areas looking their best.
We will meet at the event location at 8:00 am before heading out to tackle litter and rubbish along the beach and nearby areas. The cleanup will be a relaxed affair, with plenty of time to chat with fellow geocachers while we do our bit for the local environment.
The aim is simple. Spend an hour outside, enjoy the summer morning, collect some rubbish and leave the area a little better than we found it.
Please bring suitable clothing, a hat and sunscreen, enclosed footwear, , water and gloves. If you have a litter pickup tool, bring that as well. Rubbish bags and any additional cleanup equipment will be available as required.
This is a family-friendly event and everyone is welcome, whether you are a regular CITO participant or have never attended one before.
At 9:00 am we will wrap up the cleanup and head over to the BBQ for Grill with a View IX.
Come along, lend a hand and enjoy the view while you are doing it.
