For the long standing fans of BBQ school, the title harkens back to a 2019 event here. Ah, those were simpler times. In those days spirits were brave, the stakes were high, men were real men, women were real women and small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri were real small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri. And let's face it, if you already come to the greater Big Rock area for postcard fun, and you're done with breakfast at Milliways, you might as well finish the trip with lunch at the Q. Basically, Don't Panic!
Still, the original was about a play that became a musical, and yes, we could have danced all night. Feel free to dance and sing at this event if you so choose.
As frequent diners here can attest, some menu items tend to sell out early, so if there is something you must have it's probably best to call ahead and have it set aside. Not as much of problem on the weekend for lunch, but it sure can't hurt. Their motto is "It is what it is, it's gone when it's gone!" for a reason.
For those of the legal age, there are many adult beverage options. In addition to food there is an old school arcade. Perhaps there will be time enough for game or two of Galaga, assuming the arcade section is open and I have a few quarters to spare.
