Start your adventure by learning a bit about the library. The posted coordinates will bring you to a sign about the construction of the Ortonville Library. The number of letters of the architect's last name is needed for the next step. Then head on inside and find the cypher wheel on the side of the new books bookshelf (to the left after coming up the steps of the front entrance). Shift clockwise by the number you found outside to solve the following puzzle.
The book above will be hiding in the classics section of the library. However, finding this book in the library isn't the end. You'll also need to solve the 3 riddles inside the book in order to undo the lock.
