ORIGIN: Created on April 26, 2009, by author and animator Johnny DePalma (originally called "The Planet Wide Moon Howl Event").
PURPOSE: To celebrate wolves, raise awareness about wildlife and ecosystem roles, and support wolf conservation groups like Wolf Haven.
HOW TO CELEBRATE: Stepping outside at night, gathering around bonfires, learning about wolf behavior, or literally howling at the moon.
We gather on Mondays to enjoy each others company and stories. No purchase is necessary, but refreshements and vittles will be available to purchased. Come and go as you wish.
