Geocache Description:

A neat bit of history in the Tassajara Valley. We hid this cache by a one- room school house. Is there really a one room school in Contra Costa County? Yes!! The old one-room school, built in 1889, served the entire area until 1946, at which time it was merged with the Danville School District.

For parking, there is a turnout for about ten cars right across the street.
The cache is a small blue container with some small toys, key chains and other fun things.
Wheelchair accessible.
