Park on Lacoochee Clay Sink Road at 28°28.346 82°08.055, the western crossing of the red blazed hiking trail. Take the trail south, at the blue/red intersection, take the blue trail. This is the LOW WATER trail, you'll need to check the water levels here The USGS Withlacoochee River Gauge at Trilby Fl. Scroll down the page and ask for current gauge height. Levels below 7 feet are okay.
