Geocache Description:

Nice westwards view towards the valley of Skarvvannet, Buvannet, Pershusvannet and Finstad lakes, the old Finstad settling and Pershusfjellet.

Aklangsbrenna appears to be somewhat anonymous and "dull" when seen from the distance, and this quite airy viewpoint may therefore come as a surprise to you. At least it did to us the first time we came here, and we hope you will find this excursion worthwhile.


Finstad

The cache is a black waterproof box, with the following initial contents:

  • Info sheet, logbook and pencil
  • 1 Norwegian micro paper flag
  • 2 glass candies
  • 2 magnets
  • 1 paper clip
