Donald's Cache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

KandiLand: Wow did the underbrush grow...It's amazing how the spring floods change an area. We are archiving this cache due to the fact the area has overgrown and lack of interest.
Thanks to those who found this cache.

Geocache Description:

Located at the Donald Road Public Fishing Area.

*** PLEASE BE AWARE OF TICKS ***

"The I-82 Wildlife Area is made up of seventeen separate parcels of property. The properties run along the Yakima River and I-82 from Union Gap to the Zillah interchange. The riparian habitat along the river, sloughs, and ponds offers excellent nesting, brooding, and winter cover for both waterfowl, upland birds and other wildlife. The area offers public hunting and fishing with three improved boat launches and six maintained parking areas. Along with the Yakima River, seven artificial ponds, developed during highway construction, give the fishing public a variety of opportunities to catch several different species."
